Mrs. Jeanie Harper – Principal

Mrs. Harper is the new principal at Most Sacred Heart and is excited to continue leading our school with dedication and excellence. She has a deep love for our community, having taught here for eight years before stepping into this new role. Her passion lies in helping students reach their full potential and witnessing the incredible growth that comes from education as they develop into confident, capable young adults.

Married for over 40 years, Mrs. Harper is a proud mother of six and grandmother to three. She thrives on staying active and especially enjoys working with adolescents, who keep her on her toes and ensure there’s never a dull moment. In her free time, she enjoys working out with friends and relaxing with a good book in her favorite coffee nook. One of her favorite sayings is, “No smart person never reads!”—a motto she lives by and encourages others to adopt.

Mrs. Colleen Abdo – Preschool 3
Mrs. Colleen Abdo earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She went on to earn a Masters of Arts in Education along with her Elementary Education teaching certificate from Maryville University. Mrs. Abdo was also a National Board Certified Teacher. Her teaching experience began in the Rockwood School district where she taught 4th and 5th grade. After staying home with her children, Mrs. Abdo returned to teaching as a substitute teacher at Most Sacred Heart. Recently, Mrs. Abdo worked in an inclusion preschool classroom in the Rockwood School District. She has been a member of Most Sacred Heart Parish for many years and is a Most Sacred Heart School graduate. Mrs. Abdo is passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging classroom community where all children feel safe and important. She takes a student-centered approach to teaching and focuses on each child’s individual strengths and needs. Mrs. Kristin Callahan -Preschool 4
Mrs. Callahan earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary, Special, & Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in the spring of 2015. She taught for 3 years at Rockwood Early Childhood before moving to Most Sacred Heart. She has been blessed to teach at Most Sacred Heart for 7 years! She enjoys sharing her faith as a Catholic educator! This was the job she wanted since she first decided to become a teacher!! kcallahan@sacredhearteureka.org
Mrs. Lyndsey Hartmann – Kindergarten

Mrs. Lyndsey Hartmann has a Bachelor’s in Special Education K-12 from Doane University in Crete, Nebraska as well as a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Southwest Baptist University. She has had the opportunity to teach over 15 years in many different areas of education. She has taught students as young as early childhood all the way up to teaching adults English as a Second Language. Her approach to teaching involves patience, creativity, pushing students to go farther than they think they could go, and making her students feel valued and cared for. Outside of school you will find her spending time with her 2 children and her husband, binge watching Netflix, exercising, or baking something.

Mrs. Natalie Jacob– 1st Grade​​

Mrs. Natalie Jacob graduated cum laude from Missouri State University in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Child Development. After attending Catholic grade school and high school, she knew she wanted to teach in a Catholic setting. She started her teaching career at Most Sacred Heart in 2018. After teaching 3rd grade for four years, she moved to 1st grade in 2022.

Mrs. Jess Boubek – 2nd Grade


Jess Boubek loves being a part of the Sacred Heart family. She is a graduate from Missouri State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She is certified in Elementary Education. She has been working in education and with children for seven years. As an educator she is dedicated to the social growth, religious, and academic development of her students. She is enthusiastic about teaching, sharing her faith, and providing a quality education in a faith based and positive learning environment. She is blessed and excited to be back in Second Grade and looks forward to working with the students, parents, and faculty.

Mrs. Bridget Khastehdel – 3rd Grade

Mrs. Khastehdel graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education through 4th Grade from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She has a collective 11 years of elementary classroom experience, with having spent a few years as a stay-at-home-mom between those years. She was born and raised in North Texas, but has moved several times after marrying her husband who is an Active Duty Army Soldier.  After being assigned to the St. Louis area for work, the Khastehdels fell in love with Most Sacred Heart School for their three children. Now she feels so grateful and excited to be joining the same Catholic and school community!

Mrs. Kelley Krause – 4th Grade

Mrs. Krause is a lifelong resident of Eureka. Fun fact! She was a former student here at Most Sacred Heart. After graduating from Eureka High School, she attended Missouri State University earning a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood Education. Not long after, she completed her Master in Education from Webster University. Mrs. Krause began her teaching career in Rockwood School District teaching grades 1-4. She retired from Rockwood with 25 years of service. Her family then moved to Southlake TX, where she taught 3rd grade for several years. She recently moved back to St. Louis area, but her passion for teaching continues. Mrs. Krause has 3 children, Taylor, Morgan, and Jake and   Mrs. Krause’s students love her class pet, Stevie!

Mrs. Tamara Sartors – 5th Grade

Mrs. Tamara Sartors grew up in Eureka and returned after starting a family of her own. She graduated with honors from Fontbonne University with a degree in Special Education. She has worked in the education field for over 7 years in a variety of schools in the Greater St. Louis area before settling at MSHS 2023. Since then, she has taught 2nd grade, Kindergarten and this year 5th! The best part of teaching at a Catholic school is getting to share her faith with her students and watching them grow in their own. tamarasartors@sacredhearteureka.org 

Miss Kate Goza– 6th Grade Homeroom, Middle School English and Literature

Miss Goza graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in English Education and a minor in Autism. While at SEMO, she was also a member of the Equestrian team. This will be her third year teaching. At her previous school, she taught sophomore and senior English while also serving as an assistant coach for cheerleading and tennis. She is currently working toward her master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, horses, and her cat, Rooster.

Mrs. Jamie Seamands – Art, 7th grade homeroom and Middle School Social Studies

Mrs. Jamie Seamands graduated cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, with a BA in Art History and Classical Civilizations. She then received her MA in the History of Decorative Arts, Design, and Material Culture from Bard College, New York, NY. In addition to teaching Art and Literature, Jamie is also mother of 2 MSHS students and 3 alumni. As parents, she and her husband, Aaron, are exceedingly pleased by the education their children receive here.

Mr. Craig Plefka – 8th Grade, Middle School Science & Math

Craig Plefka graduated from Saint Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. He is the eighth grade homeroom teacher also being middle school science and Math teacher. He is passionate about teaching, reading, engaging his students, and hockey, especially the St. Louis Blues!

Mrs. Sarah Dorhauer – 7th & 8th Grade Advanced Math

Mrs. Dorhauer was born and raised in St. Louis and has been teaching for 38 years. She got her BS in biology and BA in secondary education from Maryville University. She has been married to her sweet husband, Jerry, for 38 years and together they have 8 children and 10 grandchildren. Fun fact: She taught at MSH from 2008-2011!

Mrs. Michele Geatley- CRE & 6th/8th Grade Religion
Mrs. Sarah McQueen-Amsden – Resource Teacher
Mrs. McQueen-Amsden attended Northwest Missouri State University (Go Bearcats!) and has a B.S. in Education, Unified Science: Biology. She has experience teaching students from infants to twelfth grade. She has substitute taught for a variety of subjects and has taught physical science. Her passion is teaching special education and was able to teach for two years at Kirchner; a Missouri School for the Severely Disabled. Outside of teaching, she loves reading and doing craft projects with her daughter. She also enjoys watching scary movies and playing video games with her husband. Mrs. Whitney Martin -Music

Mrs. Martin is a Most Sacred Heart parishioner and serves as the parish music coordinator. She often plays piano during Mass and schedules music liturgy.  Mrs. Martin graduated from Lindenwood University in 2012 with her B.A. in Music Education and also holds an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Southwest Baptist University. Mrs. Martin taught 6 years in a public school setting before teaching at a Catholic School. This is her fourteenth year teaching! She has four daughters, three of which attend MSHS. She loves the school and community and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!Mrs. Martin graduated from Lindenwood University in 2012 with her B.A. in Music Education. She also holds an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Southwest Baptist University. Mrs. Martin taught 6 years in a public school setting before teaching at a Catholic School. This is her tenth year teaching! She is thrilled to be teaching at Most Sacred Heart.

Mrs. Angie Steineman – Librarian

Mrs. Angie Steineman graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a BS in Management as well as an MA in English with a Creative Writing concentration. She has professional and volunteer library experience in both public and Catholic school libraries. This is her third year at Most Sacred Heart School. One of her favorite activities is reading aloud to students, doing all the voices! Mrs. Steineman is also a writer and currently working on her second novel, another adaptation of an American tall tale. She has a special place in her heart and home for children’s books, reading nooks, and hot chocolate. If she is not reading or writing, she is spinning her own yarn or losing herself in fairytale and folklore research. She lives with her husband, Dan, in St. Charles, and has two children, McKenna (former MSHS 5th grade teacher-Miss S!) and Aidan.

Mrs. Jen Buehler – Secretary

Mrs. Jen Buehler has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Information Systems from SLU and is the mother of 1 MSH students and 2 MSH Alumni. In her free time, she enjoys walking and baking. Mrs. Buehler is excited to work with the parents, kids, and teachers everyday!

Miss Michelle Wooldridge Neukirch– Spanish

Miss Woolridge Neukirch holds a B.A. In Psychology from The University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Mo., a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Missouri St. Louis as
well as an Elementary Education degree. During her teaching journey, she became formally trained as a reading specialist. Miss Neukirch spent 12 years teaching for the
Crawford County R-1 School District; both in the elementary school as a reading specialist and in the high school as the Spanish teacher. She has served as a Spanish translator to the eye doctors of The Castro Eye Project in Honduras. Ms. Neukirch is very excited about the nourishing and welcoming community of Most Sacred Heart. She feels that her belief in teaching the whole child fits in perfectly with
the mission statement of MSH: Soul, Heart, Mind, and Spirit.

Sara Brockmeyer – Preschool Aide

Mrs. Brockmeyer feels blessed to begin her 23rd year as a teacher’s aide at MSHS. She and her husband have been a part of the Most Sacred Heart community for 30 years.Her 4 children all attended MSHS and now 5 of her grandchildren are students at MSHS! Mrs. Brockmeyer’s pride and joy is her husband of 40 years, her children, their spouses and her 9 wonderful grandchildren! She is grateful to have the opportunity to continue to help the little ones learn and grow!
