Mrs. Monica Wilson – Principal
Mrs. Wilson’s education career spans three decades with most of her teaching years here at Most Sacred Heart School. Mrs. Wilson was a teacher at Most Sacred Heart School from 1992-2008 and became principal in August 2008. Her education includes a B.S. in Elementary Education, University of Missouri, St. Louis, a B.S. in Special Education, University of Missouri, St. Louis, a M.A. in Education Administration, St. Louis University, and Religious Education Certification, Paul VI Institute.

Mrs. Kristin Callahan -Preschool
Mrs. Callahan earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary, Special, & Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in the spring of 2015. She taught for 3 years at Rockwood Early Childhood, and feels blessed to be teaching at Most Sacred Heart! She enjoys sharing her faith as a Catholic educator! This was the job she wanted since she first decided to become a teacher!!

Mrs. Elizabeth Hayes – Preschool
Mrs. Hayes graduated top of her class from Rasmussen College with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Administration. She has worked in the early childhood field going on twenty-one years and feels that she will always be a lifelong learner . She has a passion for teaching young children and is very excited to be a part of the Most Sacred Heart family. Her love for children shines through in her daily work with preschoolers.

Miss Sarah Frankenberg – Kindergarten
Miss Sarah Frankenberg is from Washington, Missouri, and has lived there her whole life. After attending Catholic grade school and high school, she went to Central Methodist University to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education and earned her degree in May 2022. She has had the chance to work with many different age groups through school and other careers and has found a passion in teaching. Outside of school, she is very into photography and loves to take pictures when possible. She is so excited to begin the school year and meet everyone!

Mrs. Natalie Jacob– 1st Grade
Miss Natalie Groppe graduated cum laude from Missouri State University in December of 2017. Her degree is in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Child Development. She has been a part of the MSHS community since 2018 and is new to the first grade role in 2022.

Mrs. Tamara Sartors – 2nd Grade
Mrs. Tamara Sartors grew up in Eureka and returned with her family five years ago. They have attended Most Sacred Heart Parish for over nine years (driving in from Fenton for four years!). She and her husband got married at Most Sacred Heart, both children have been baptized at Most Sacred Heart, and her son received First Communion here as well. Outside of teaching, she loves to spend time with family, travel, read, and bake. She graduated with honors from Fontbonne University with a degree in Special Education and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society. She has worked in the education field for over seven years, five of those years were at elementary schools in the area, one at a middle school in Chesterfield, and one at the Junior High level in Hillsboro. She is most excited about aiding and watching my students’ faith grow as they prepare for their First Communion in 2nd grade.

Miss Elizabeth Kiblinger – 4th Grade
Miss Elizabeth Kiblinger graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. She is the 4th grade homeroom teacher as well as the 5th grade science teacher. Miss Kiblinger is eager to help her students develop into well-rounded individuals and lifelong learners. She has taught at MSHS since 2016.

Miss McKenna Steineman – 5th Grade
Miss Steineman is originally from Effingham, IL, where she attended St. Anthony of Padua Catholic grade school and high school. She is a recent graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, with BA degrees in Education and English. Outside of teaching, Miss Steineman enjoys hiking, singing, reading, and crocheting. She also loves spending time with family and friends. She is looking forward to meeting her students! She strongly believes that learning is meant to be fun, and she encourages students to see the beauty and joy in education. If that means getting silly and wearing fun hats and costumes to motivate students, she is all in!

Mrs. Emily Kemlage – 6th Grade
Miss Emily Grunwald graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis on middle school mathematics education and a Spanish minor. She is the sixth grade homeroom teacher in addition to teaching Spanish and middle school mathematics. She has a passion for hiking, cooking, and art. She is looking forward to helping her students increase their fluency in mathematics, logic, and language.

Craig Plefka graduated from Saint Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. He is the seventh grade homeroom teacher and middle school science and social studies teacher. He is passionate about teaching, reading, engaging his students, and hockey, especially the St, Louis Blues!

Mrs. Jeanie Harper – 8th Grade, Language Arts
Having a master’s degree as a reading specialist and administration from Lindenwood University and almost three decades of teaching reading and English, Mrs. Harper’s passion is teaching. She taught for almost thirty years at Wentzville Middle and she is grateful to have an opportunity to continue her teaching career here at Most Sacred Heart. She has been married for thirty three years and has six children. In her free time, Mrs Harper loves to run, mastering three marathons so far.

Mrs. Michelle Etter – CRE & 6th/8th Grade Religion
Mrs. Etter graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995 with a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She received her Master’s in Elementary Administration from Lindenwood University in 2002. She is currently finishing her 25th year in Catholic Education where she has been a 3rd-grade teacher, 3rd & 6th Grade PSR Catechists, Preschool Director/teacher, Middle School teacher, CRE, and Elementary Principal Mrs. Etter and her husband, Mike, along with their three children live in Washington, MO and are members of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. Together, they love fishing, baseball, and swimming. Mrs. Etter says, “Catholic Education is very important to me because it gives me an opportunity to support parents in the faith development of their children. I also love that through Catholic Education we can incorporate our faith in all aspects of our day not just in Religion class.”

Mrs. Sarah McQueen-Amsden – Resource Teacher
Mrs. McQueen-Amsden attended Northwest Missouri State University (Go Bearcats!) and has a B.S. in Education, Unified Science: Biology. She has experience teaching students from infants to twelfth grade. She has substitute taught for a variety of subjects and has taught physical science. Her passion is teaching special education and was able to teach for two years at Kirchner; a Missouri School for the Severely Disabled. Outside of teaching, she loves reading and doing craft projects with her daughter. She also enjoys watching scary movies and playing video games with her husband. She has three cats, Yadi, Skylar and Captain and a dog named Daisy. She is excited for new experiences as a resource teacher at Sacred Heart and is most excited to meet all the new students!

Mrs. Chris Rundquist – Counselor
“Miss Chris” is excited to return to Most Sacred Heart School for her third year through Saint Louis Counseling. With a Master’s degree and license in Social Work, She has over seven years of experience working in St. Louis City and County schools. Previous experience includes crisis response, adolescent substance abuse, residential treatment, unplanned pregnancies, adoption and Protecting God’s Children.

Mrs. Jamie Seamands – Art and Enrichment
Mrs. Jamie Seamands graduated cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, with a BA in Art History and Classical Civilizations. She then received her MA in the History of Decorative Arts, Design, and Material Culture from Bard College, New York, NY. In addition to teaching Art and Enrichment, Jamie is also mother to 4 MSHS students and one alumni. As parents, she and her husband, Aaron, are exceedingly pleased by the education their children receive here.

Mrs. Liz Greubel – P.E.
Mrs. Liz Greubel graduated from California State University Sacramento in 1991. She earned her BA in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education. She has been a member of Most Sacred Heart Parish for over 20 years. A part of the Most Sacred Heart School community for over 15 years whether it was in the library, individual classrooms or Art. Both of her daughters graduated from MSHS, continued their Catholic Education at Nerinx Hall and finished at Quincy University and Regis University. “I am blessed to be able to continue and do my part at Most Sacred Heart now as the PE teacher.” In her spare time, she loves sewing and anything active like golfing, skiing, hiking, and playing softball.

Mrs. Whitney Martin -Music
Mrs. Martin graduated from Lindenwood University in 2012 with her B.A. in Music Education. She also holds an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Southwest Baptist University. Mrs. Martin taught 6 years in a public school setting before teaching at a Catholic School. This is her tenth year teaching! She is thrilled to be teaching at Most Sacred Heart.

Mrs. Sara Brockmeyer received her Applied Science Associate Degree. She feels blessed to have been part of the Most Sacred Heart School community for more then 20 years as a school parent and for 14 of those years working as a teacher’s aide, substitute and Aftercare Supervisor.
